 五月17日,為了慶祝台中美國資料中心成立4周年及美國在台協會（AIT）的台中線上分處成立周年紀念, 台中市政府舉辦一趟 單車之旅以彰顯本城市的文化資產. 美國在台協會新聞組組長暨發言人Mr. Thomas Hodges, 和台中線上分處代表 Mr. Matthew O'Connor 加入了單車之行的行列. 途中行經台中放送局, 樂成宮, 林氏忠祠, 台中市議所, 及台中公園.

On May 17, the City of Taichung celebrated the fourth anniversary of the Taichung Library's American Corner and the first anniversary of AIT's Taichung Virtual Branch Office with a biking tour highlighting the city's cultural heritage. AIT Public Affairs Section Chief and Spokesman Thomas Hodges and Taichung Virtual Branch Officer Matthew O'Connor joined in the ride, which included stops at the Taichung Broadcasting Bureau building, Lecheng Temple, the Lin Family Ancestral Hall, City Hall, and Taichung Park.
